Job position: Accountant/Book Keeping/HR admin
- Manage full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
- Record and reconcile Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, wholesale, and other sales transactions.
- Handle AP, AR, bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Reconcile marketplace payouts, fees, returns, refunds, and chargebacks.
- Maintain inventory and COGS accounting.
- Prepare journal entries and perform monthly closing.
- Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and other financial reports.
- Review accounts for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with payroll, sales tax, and year-end tax preparation.
- Work with the company CPA and provide requested financial information.
- Maintain organized and accurate accounting records.
- Perform other accounting duties as needed.
- Help with HR paperwork and other job duties when necessary
Skills and Qualifications:
*fluent English
* 5 years+ experience as accountant/full charge booking keeper using Quick Books
* Proficient in MS exel, familiar with formulas like VLOOKUP etc.
Able to communicate complex data clearly
* Proficient in Quickbooks, Knowing OMS is a plus
* Excellent data entry skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Able to multi-task, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
